Age Restriction:• This is a 25 and over event. Attendees under the age of 25 will not be admitted, even with a valid ticket. No exceptions will be made unless pre-approved.• A limited number of tickets may be available for individuals aged 23 and above, subject to approval. To request approval, attendees must DM @m.swarveventsbermuda. Approval must be confirmed prior to ticket purchase.2. ID Policy:• All attendees must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) upon entry to verify age and identity. Failure to provide acceptable ID will result in denied entry, and tickets will not be refunded.3. Last Entry:• The final entry time for the event is 7 PM. Guests arriving after this time will be denied entry, regardless of ticket type or circumstance.4. Dress Code Compliance:• The Pink Dress Code is mandatory for all attendees. Failure to comply with the dress code will result in refusal of entry. Tickets will not be refunded for non-compliance.5. Ticket Instalments:• For installment tickets, the final payment must be made by 1st April.• If the outstanding payment is not received by this date, the initial payment will be forfeited, and the ticket will be deemed invalid.6. VIP Table Payments:• For VIP table bookings, the outstanding balance must be paid by 1st May.• Failure to settle the balance by this date will result in the deposit being forfeited, and the reservation will be canceled.7. Refund Policy:• All tickets and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, late arrival, or dress code non-compliance.8. Event Management Rights:• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who does not meet the outlined terms and conditions.
