How Do I Get My Tickets?

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you used to order. This contains a link to your online order page. You can also find this in your account if you have created one.You can find it here.Your order page will contain all the information you need for your event.

Can I Get A Refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds can only be given if the event has been cancelled or rearranged.If the event has been cancelled or rearranged please email support@bloco.co.uk and update us on the details. Please note bloco booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please read or full booking terms.

I didn't get my order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation email after 15 minutes, and you have checked your spam / junk folder, please send us a message telling us the email address that you are checking. We will find your order and resend your confirmation email.If it turns out you spelt your email incorrectly, we'll be able to change your email address so that you can access your order page. We'll have to carry out some security checks to make sure it is you, before we change your email. These have to be completed via email, so we have a written record.

Can I Change The Name On My Ticket?

Yes, ticket attendee details can be adjusted on the ticket purchased. You can do this in your user account online or via the app.

Why Does My Ticket Say Admits One?

All tickets whether PDF or on your bloco app will show as individual tickets. Each ticket can be scanned in as one or individually.
