Admission This event is strictly for guests aged 21 and over. Every guest must present valid, original photographic identification. Admission remains subject to security procedures and compliance with these terms. 2. Doors Close at 7PM Doors close promptly at 7PM. Guests arriving after this time will not be admitted. No refund or ticket transfer will be provided if you arrive after the doors have closed. 3. Tickets Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated. Tickets must be purchased through an official Mannyswarv Events link or approved ticketing partner. Tickets purchased through an unauthorised seller may be refused. 4. Ticket Types A General Admission – With Food ticket includes admission and access to the buffet between 3PM and 5PM. A General Admission – Without Food ticket includes admission only. Food is not included. 5. Food Service The buffet and eligible VIP food service are available strictly between 3PM and 5PM. Guests must arrive with sufficient time to access the food service. Food cannot be guaranteed after 5PM. No refund or partial refund will be issued if a guest arrives late and misses the food service. 6. VIP Packages VIP packages are valid only after all required payments have been received and confirmed. Package inclusions apply to the number of guests stated at the time of booking. VIP deposits are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer law. Outstanding balances must be paid by the deadline provided by Mannyswarv Events. 7. Refunds and Transfers Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you can no longer attend, miss the event, arrive after 7PM or miss the food service. Events taking place on a specific date are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This does not affect your statutory rights. 8. Cancellation or Postponement If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund in accordance with applicable law. If the event is postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the rescheduled date. Further information and available options will be communicated to ticket holders. 9. Venue Information Venue information will be communicated using the contact details provided during booking. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details and checking their inbox and junk folder. The full venue address will be emailed at 9AM on the day of the event.10. Event Changes Mannyswarv Events may make reasonable changes to the venue, timings, entertainment, menu or event arrangements where necessary. Minor or reasonable changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.11. Dress Code The dress code is strictly glamorous or smart-casual, all-black attire. Mannyswarv Events and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission if a guest does not comply with the advertised dress code. No refund will be issued where admission is refused for failure to comply.12. Conduct and Security Guests may be subject to security searches. Anyone behaving in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or unsafe manner—or appearing excessively intoxicated—may be refused admission or removed without a refund. Illegal substances and prohibited items are strictly forbidden.13. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements Guests with allergies or dietary requirements should contact Mannyswarv Events before purchasing a food ticket. Although reasonable care will be taken, an entirely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.14. Photography and Filming Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional, editorial and archival purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should notify the event team upon arrival. However, exclusion from wide crowd shots cannot always be guaranteed.15. Personal Belongings Guests remain responsible for their belongings. Mannyswarv Events will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.16. Legal Rights Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
