This cause is near and dear to me, as I honour my late brother, Gabril Essa, who died by suicide. This event is to honour those affected by suicidality, who cannot speak today. Ayan employs the art of writing poetry as a mirror to contemplate and examine the transformations needed. meticulously charting progress and dismantling old patterns.Our guest speaker, Jaskaran Soomal, is a well-being public speaker, a mental health mentor and the founder of @amindfulmessage, a mental health organization, specializing in multi-lingual support, bridging the gap for people accessing support. Headliners!Spoken word is a conduit for Kohinoor to express how she feels about all that is ongoing in our society and in our world .Milga is a spoken word artist and mental health nurse. Her work explores mental health alongside other experiences which are personal and important to her.Vig is a host, creative, and spoken word poet who speaks to hearts and touches minds. His poetry is often quite confessional, taking the audience on a journey of discovery, full of ups and downs.
